Empirical Phenomenology (EP)

To skeptics and all, empirical toughness as Popperian questions are required. Is reductionism falsifiable? Is Nature actually a system? Be rigorous, think it through. Are the distinctions that have been expressed robust? May we make subtler distinctions, between physics-governed and dynamically-governed trajectories?
